First on a good job
Leadlark spots a job in its first minute, and proposals sent 3–4 minutes after posting get a reply about twice as often as ones sent half an hour later.2
For agencies and freelancers tired of being late to good jobs. Leadlark finds them in the first minute and drafts a proposal from your profile.
You pay for client replies, not for proposals sent.
Sound familiar?
is what one week of one idle developer costs you: 40 h × $30/h.3
The right jobs get posted every day. You just see them last, and that can be fixed.
What you get
Leadlark does the watching and the first draft. You keep the client conversation, which is the part that wins work.
≈2× more replies
Leadlark spots a job in its first minute, and proposals sent 3–4 minutes after posting get a reply about twice as often as ones sent half an hour later.2
Weekends included
Jobs posted on weekends get roughly 1.5× more replies than weekday ones.2 Leadlark works Saturdays too.
Score 0–100, with a reason
6 in 10 job posts close without a hire.1 Every job gets a fit score and a plain explanation, so weak ones are skipped.
For agencies
While you're on calls with current clients, Leadlark looks for the next project, so your team's free hours don't go to waste.

How we count. 9 in 10: checking Upwork twice a day, you catch a job inside its first hour only if it was posted in 2 of the day’s 24 hours. Cost per lead by hand: about 19 proposals per lead (late proposals get a reply 5.3% of the time2) × 15 minutes each × $30/h, the average rate in development jobs3. Autopilot: $99 a month billed quarterly with 5 leads included, then $9 per lead, so about $14 per lead at 10 leads.
How it works
Set it up once. After that, Leadlark finds jobs and writes proposals, and you talk to the clients who reply.
Leadlark builds a knowledge base and a campaign. Test it on recent jobs and switch it on.
Checks new posts against your campaign every minute and scores each match 0–100 with the reasons.
It opens with the client's problem and cites your closest case. The alert lands in Slack, Telegram or Discord.
On Search you send it yourself; on Autopilot it goes out by your rules. Replies collect in the lead feed.

Filtered out, client already hired, not enough Connects: every skip shows why, so you can adjust the filter.
Each draft picks the closest case from your portfolio on its own.
Autopilot
It waits for your OK, or sends on its own, right away or after a delay you set. You also set the minimum score, budget and a daily cap.
Autopilot
Bid strategy, boost and a Connects budget that Autopilot stays within.
Unlimited
A separate campaign for each profile in your agency.
Matched jobs and drafts on every plan; on Search you mark replies and hires yourself to see your funnel. On Autopilot it tracks views, leads, hires and cost per lead. A summary arrives in your messenger once a week.
What you get
A lead is a client reply. Proposals with no reply, auto-replies and “not interested” don’t count.

Your first 10 matched jobs are free, then you pay for results, with a full refund within 14 days.
After sign-up, paste your profile link, test the campaign on recent jobs and switch it on.
We never ask for your Upwork password. On Search, Leadlark has no access to your account at all: you send every proposal yourself. On Autopilot, you add Leadlark to your agency team as a Business Manager and can remove it at any time. It sends a few proposals a day within your limit, each written for one specific job, not the mass-applying Upwork prohibits. Upwork makes the final call on any account, so on Autopilot we suggest starting with approval mode and a low daily limit.
Each proposal follows your own template. The lines you write go out as they are, and Leadlark only fills in the parts that fit the specific job. It takes facts only from your knowledge base: your profile, cases and projects. Until you trust it, keep approval on and edit drafts before they go out.
You add a card at sign-up, but the first charge comes only after your 10 free matched jobs. If it doesn't work for you, we refund in full within 14 days of that charge. We can't promise contracts: the conversation and the price are yours.
Paste your profile, test the suggested campaign on real jobs and get your first matched jobs with drafts. The first 10 are free.
